Before we visit

Please ensure your dog has been toileted before grooming.

We require parking outside your property and will need to run a power lead inside. If we arrive and parking is not possible we would need to still charge a small fee for our time.

If your dog is found to have fleas or requires a de-mat there will be an additional charge.

Photographs

Before and after photos may be taken of your pooch for my own records and put on my gallery and social media. If you would rather your dog’s photo is not included then please let me know at your appointment.

Cancellation policy

Appointments can be re-arranged or cancelled up to 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment without charge.

If you cancel within 24hours of your appointment then a 50% charge will be applied.

If you cancel on the day of grooming or fail to cancel an unwanted appointment then the full fee of grooming is required.
